Every TOKA piece is individually commissioned and created for its customer. We do not mass-produce finished pieces or take products from pre-made stock. Each piece is manufactured, cast and hand-finished specifically for your order.

Bespoke and personalised commissions cannot be returned or refunded simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at Toka@tokacore.com and we will put it right.

As every TOKA piece is individually produced and hand-finished, small variations in colour, resin clarity, surface finish and other characteristics may occur. These subtle differences are a natural part of the manufacturing process and make each piece unique.
